Shipping Destinations

Uzari currently ships within the United States only.

We are working toward expanding internationally in the future. Join our mailing list to be the first to know when additional shipping destinations become available.


Complimentary Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more.

Eligible orders may also qualify for promotional gifts with purchase. Gift eligibility, thresholds, and available offers may vary by promotion and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after being placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Times

After shipment, delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated transit times are typically:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout when available

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship at a later date.

Pre-Order Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product page.

  • Shipment timelines may change due to manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain factors.

  • Customers will receive email updates if shipping dates change.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.

  • Pre-order purchases cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted once placed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you do not receive your tracking email, please contact us at contact@uzariskincare.com and we will be happy to assist.


Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@uzariskincare.com with your order number.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@uzariskincare.com.

To help us assist you quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to reach an appropriate resolution.


Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@uzariskincare.com.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been delivered by the carrier to the address provided during checkout, Uzari is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier whenever possible.
